Thank you to all who participated in the Fall Box Tops Collection/Contest, which raised $600 for our school.
The top collectors were as follows:
1st Place – Josie Burnside, Mrs. Bowman’s Multiage Class (1st Grade), with 237
2nd Place – Sam Irish, Mrs. Baser’s Multiage Class (2nd Grade), with 215
Lucky winner drawn from all participants: Riley Brown, Mrs. Bindschadler’s Kindergarten Class, who collected 51 Box Tops
The winning class with the most Box Tops was Mrs. Fisher’s 4th Grade Class, with 577
The individual winners will receive gift certificates to the upcoming book fair and Mrs. Fisher’s class will select their class prize.
Our next collection will be in early February, so please start saving Box Tops again, and ask friends and family to help.
You may also bring your Box Tops down to the office and put them in the collection jar any time, especially if you have any that will expire before the next collection so we can send them in! Just be sure to write your name, your teacher’s name and the number of Box Tops on the bag so you receive credit in the next contest.
A BIG thank you to our wonderful volunteers for helping to count over 6,000 Box Tops, and to all of you who neatly trimmed them prior to submission! It is a HUGE help!
