Manzanita Summer Reading Challenge
We are halfway through summer break. We hope your summer has been filled with sunshine, fun, some relaxing, and cool books!
How many books have you read so far?

It's not too late to start filling up your Summer Reading Challenge. Additional copies are available at the link below.
All you have to do is read! Read by yourself, read to a relative, read to a pet, or have someone read to you or with you!
Remember to mark off the book you read on your Challenge sheet (one title for one square or book) and bring it back to school in August.

We can't wait to hear about your fun summer adventures and your favorite (and not so favorite) books!

17-18 Future 6th Graders

Important message for the Parents of 5th Grade Students

This is a reminder that Arizona law requires that all incoming 6th grade students have proof of the following vaccinations by the first day of school for the 2017-2018 School Year:

1. Tdap – 1 dose is required when 5 years has passed since the last Tetanus shot and the student is at least 11 years old.

2. Meningococcal – 1 dose is required for all incoming 6th graders, 11 years and older.

If you have any questions about the vaccination requirements please contact your school health office.

If your child receives these immunizations before the end of the current school year, please bring in the documentation to the health office at your elementary school so that we may update our records.

If your child receives these immunizations over the summer, they may be turned in to your Middle School Front office, emailed or faxed to the numbers below.
