This is the last scheduled Thursday pickup event until the
week before the Dash
We will be setting up a table the week before the Desert Dash
(the week of October 19th)
to sell the remaining t-shirts and quantities and sizes will be limited
IF YOU REALLY WANT A T-SHIRT,
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST WEEK!
After our last order is placed,
when a size is gone, it is gone
All families in all grades are welcome to pick up/order during
any these times with an InTouch receipt T-shirt samples are on display outside the front office daily from 7:50 am until pickup
time. You may
select your size and provide your InTouch
receipt to the office to pick up your t-shirt for in-stock sizes or get on
the list for the final order
You must bring your InTouch receipt to get on the list.
We are currently OUT OF STOCK on Youth Small and
Medium and Ladies V-neck Small and Medium sizes. They will be back in
stock later this week. Orders already placed through today will go home
in students’ backpacks next week. Those placed this week for out-of-stock
sizes will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis and will be included
in our final order if necessary.

ONE MORE t-shirt re-order based on demand, so please go online to InTouch via

Scroll down to the Express Lane and use the InTouch Online Payment
button. Log in and go to the Donation to MZ FFO link/Desert Dash T-Shirt
item to purchase your 2015-16 Desert Dash t-shirts TODAY! **Also, please consider becoming a
DESERT DASH SPONSOR!
For Donations of $100 or more, your family or business will
receive recognition on the banner and event flyers and will receive a FREE
Desert Dash t-Shirt
Please pay on InTouch per the instructions above and email a
copy of your receipt with your family or business name (and logo in PDF format
if desired) to desertdash@manzanitaffo.org to be
included on the banner and flyers. Then bring a copy of your receipt to
one of the above pickup events or to the front office to receive your free
t-shirt and tax donation letter. The final deadline for Sponsorships is
9/30 to be included on the banner. Don’t forget
that each Friday is Manzanita Spirit Day when we encourage everyone to wear their Desert Dash
t-shirts (from any year) or any school-color attire (red and blue)We still have
plenty of Adult Crew Necks available in all sizes so please get yours to wear
on Fridays and to the Dash on October 24th! All family members are
welcome to participate in the Dash!
