MILER’S CLUB

PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR MILER’S CLUB

Miler’s Club is a fun fitness activity where students can run or walk laps around the lower field track during lunch recess twice a week. The kids earn a necklace and small foot charms for accumulated miles. Students are also recognized at the end of the year. It is really fun and the kids LOVE it!
We NEED PARENTS to keep track of the laps for the kids. It’s as easy as using a hole punch. This popular program is run entirely by parents like you! It is a great volunteer job for anyone who likes to be out in the fresh air for a few hours and see children at play. No stress!
WHEN: Every MONDAY and WEDNESDAY at lunch recess- 11:00-12:05 WHERE: Lower Field, on the red benches under the mesquite trees SIGN UP: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b054ba4ab2fa75-milers2 All new volunteers will receive training during their first shift.
Thank you for your support, Jessica Brandt, Miler’s Club Chair azjess@mac.com
