Final Call for Desert Dash T-Shirts!
Your last chance for a guaranteed Desert Dash T-shirt is Monday, October 12th. We are low on all youth sizes and ladies v-necks and will be placing our final order before Fall Break. There are two ways to be guaranteed a shirt in your size:
- Purchase online through InTouch, attach a copy of your receipt and bring to the office to pick up your t-shirt. If your size is out of stock, we will add you to our final order and your shirt will arrive just in time for the Desert Dash. We will distribute the shirts in your student’s backpack the week before the Desert Dash.
- Stop by the office at any time now before the deadline and pay by cash, check or credit card at the front desk. If your size is in stock, you will receive it at that time. If not, you will need to fill out the attached form, which will be available in the office, and it will be ordered and distributed in your student’s backpack the week before the Dash.
The Desert Dash table will be set up the week before the Dash to sell any remaining shirts and will accept exact cash only ($20). No checks or credit cards will be accepted at the table, but you may pay in the office with checks and credit card and return to the table with your receipt to pick up your shirt. Sizes at the table are not guaranteed. We are currently well-stocked on adult crew necks in all sizes but do not take your chances on any sizes if you would really like a t-shirt. Please visit the office before 10/12 and purchase/order your shirts now.
After that time, t-shirts will be available in the office until sold out and should be purchased in person at the front desk rather than online to ensure that your size is available.
We would like to thank all of our wonderful Desert Dash sponsors! The sponsorship deadline has passed for inclusion on the event banner but you may still make a tax deductible donation and receive your free t-shirt for a donation of $100. Payment instructions for InTouch are on the attached form.
