print your receipt and return it in the blue envelope to the front
office by Monday, September 14th
**There is no need to turn in an envelope if you donated at the
Open House or Prior to the Last Drawing Deadline (August 14th at 11:59 pm)**
ALL DONORS SINCE 7/1/15 WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE INCLUDED IN THE

at the FFO Meeting on September 18th

No problem! Please enclose a copy of your receipt in a
