Wow~ what a fabulous bunch of musicians, dancers, singers and comedians we have at Manzanita! The annual Variety Show was a big hit! Thanks to all who entertained and inspired us last Friday with their awesome courage and talent! We can’t wait for next year!
I sure hope everyone was able to get in to see our gorgeous Art Show last week in the MPR. The immense body of work from each and every one of the students was definitely impressive, and the stunning displays just took it over the top!
While it is bittersweet as we say good-bye to our beloved art teacher, Ms. Nixon, I know how truly proud she was of her students’efforts and their fabulous creations! It sure is great having these works of art coming home now to display on our walls too! Thanks a million, Ms. Nixon! You’re the best!
Well, Manzanita, YOU DID IT! We are thrilled to announce that we met our Mustang Bucks goal of raising $29,000 in direct donations again this year! I am constantly blown away by the immense generosity and full participation of our top-notch community! The Student Enrichment Program at Manzanita is thriving because of your enormous financial support.
THANKS A MILLION to each and every member of our vibrant community for ALL that you do! Whether in the classroom, through the countless clubs and committees, or from your generous donations, every single kind gesture helps create and maintain our success. I am so grateful to each villager and very proud to be a part of this cool school!
Thanks for another FANTASTIC year at Manzanita! Make sure you stop in the front office to wish Ms. Armstrong and Mrs. Nichols a most happy retirement! We will miss them dearly and we wish them much joy as they each embark on their next grand adventure.
