- Next week, Tuesday through Friday, the annual Spring Book Fair, with an Under the Sea theme.
- Please join us on Tuesday, April 14 from 4:00-7:00 pm for the family evening and some great fun!
- Monday morning, April 27, at 8:15 am, we will once again celebrate the writing efforts of our students at Teacher’s Theater. This event is the annual recognition of student writing at our school. An original piece of work is chosen from one student at each grade level. The author is surprised and honored the day of the performance by having his/her story acted out in finest thespian style by members of the Manzanita staff!
- During the week of May 4, the beautiful art work produced by our students, K-5, will be exhibited at our Art Show. Work has been collected all year, and parent volunteers have helped Mrs. Nixon to prepare, mount, and label student creations. The exhibition will be up in the MPR from Tuesday, May 5 through Friday morning, May 8. The open house for the exhibition is Tuesday, May 5 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you there!
